Mwenyekiti aliyeainishwa chini ya kifungu cha 26 (2)(a) cha sheria ya Ushindani Halali wa Biashara na Kumlinda mtumiaji, Sheria namba 5 ya mwaka 2018. Wajumbe wengine wanne ambao huteuliwa na Waziri kwa kuzingatia jinsia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Wajumbe huteuliwa na Mh. Waziri wa Biashara na Maendeleo ya Viwanda. Katika uteuzi wa wajumbe chini ya kifungu kidogo cha (2)(a) cha kifungu hiki, Waziri atateua watu wenye elimu na uzoefu katika fani ya sheria, uchumi, biashara, fedha na fani nyengine zinazohusiana na hizo kutoka sekta ya umma na binafsi. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Wajumbe wa Baraza, isipokuwa Mwenyekiti, watatumikia ofisi kwa kipindi cha miaka mitatu na wanaweza kuteuliwa tena kwa kipindi chengine kimoja,\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Majukumu ya kiutawala ya Baraza kutekelezwa na Mrajis ambaye huteuliwa na Mh. Waziri wa Biashara na Maendeleo ya Viwanda. Mrajis atafanya kazi zake zote za utawala za Baraza kama zilivyoainishwa chini ya Sheria hii na kanuni zake, akisaidiwa na watumishi wengine wa ngazi mbali mbali wakiwemo wakuu wa Idara, Vitengo, Divisheni na Maafisa.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n ZFCT is the quasi-judicial body which operates under the Ministry responsible for Trade, which assumes a supervisory role over the Tribunal, obviously administrative governance of the tribunal simplifies the implementation of hearing and determining appeals emanating from order and decisions from the Fair Competition Commission and other regulatory authorities which help the ZFCT to ensure accountability and improve performance according to its vision and mission. The organizational structure of the ZFCT is as follows: Tribunal The Tribunal is constituted by the Chairman appointed by the President of Zanzibar and four other members appointed by the Minister responsible for Trade. The chairperson specified under section 26 (2)(a) of the Zanzibar Fair Competition and Consumer Protection, Act No. 5 of 2018. And Four other members who are appointed by the Minister based on gender. The Members are appointed by Hon. Minister of Trade, the selection of members under subsection (2)(a) of this section, the Minister will appoint people with education and experience in the field of law, economics, business, finance and other related fields from the public and private sectors. The Members of the Tribunal, except the Chairman, shall serve for a period of three years and may be \u00a0\u00a0reappointed for one more period.\u00a0 The administrative duties of the Tribunal are carried out by the Registrar the is appointed by Hon. Minister of Trade.
