Baraza la Ushindani Halali wa Biashara Zanzibar (Zanzibar Fair Competition Tribunal \u2013 ZFCT) ni mojawapo ya Taasisi iliyoundwa chini ya kifungu cha 26 cha Sheria ya Ushindani Halali wa Biashara na kumlinda Mtumiaji Nambari 5 ya mwaka 2018.<\/p>\n\n

Mwaka 1995, Serikali ilitunga sheria ya kufuta sheria ya kusimamia mwenendo wa biashara na kumlinda Mtumiaji ya Zanzibar Nam.2 ya mwaka 1995, na kutunga sheria mpya ya Ushindani Halali wa Biashara na kumlinda mtumiaji kuweka masharti bora zaidi pamoja na mambo mengine yanayohusiana na hayo.\nBaraza limeanza rasmi mnamo mwishoni mwa mwezi wa Oktoba 2020, baada ya kukamilika kwa uteuzi wa Mwenyekiti, Wajumbe na Mrajis wake.<\/p>\n\n

    The Zanzibar Fair Competition Tribunal (ZFCT) is a quasi-judicial body established under section 26 of the Fair Competition and Consumer Protection, Act No. 05 of 2018 of Zanzibar. In 1995, the Government enacted a law to repeal the law governing the Zanzibar Fair Trading and Consumer Protection Act No. 2 of 1995, and to enact a new law on Fair Competition in business and to protect the consumer to set better conditions and other related matters. The Tribunal has officially started at the end of October 2020, after the completion of the selection of the Chairman, Members and Registrar of the Tribunal. Vision: To be the excellent appellate Tribunal in Fair Competition matters. Mission:\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 To receive and determine appeals and applications related to fair competition and consumer protection and fair manner.
